I’ve been drawing horses since forever, painting animals in general since the mid 1990s, and I became a full-time artist in 2003. I have wonderful galleries representing my work, paintings in museum and private collections in the U.S. and abroad, and I’m living my dream. I also lead annual artist workshops - loads of fun, grueling, and inspiring for both me and my participants.
I’m blessed to live in western Montana, a beautiful, special place - black bears, coyotes, foxes, eagles, and more in our rural neighborhood, and wolves and grizzly bears in the deeper reaches of the national forest that surrounds us.
I publish a monthly ArtZine as well as this blog - you can sign up for the ‘zine on my website. My bio, with a list of shows and accomplishments of which I’m darn proud, is also on my website. I look forward to talking with you.
